I would like to share with you three silhouette images I have taken over the last few months, all of which are particular favourites of mine. Regular blog readers have possibly seen these already for which I apologise, and can only promise to take more images in the future to share with you!

SILHOUETTE. The proper definition of a silhouette is “the outline of a body viewed as circumscribing a mass.” In photography, often we achieve that effect by putting light behind the object whose silhouette we want to capture, effectively darkening out the features of the subject instead of highlighting them..

Love silhouettes. My personal favorite is the first one because I love sunsets especially when they have fiery color
The crane image is one of my all time fave images, and the colour of the sky is one of the reasons. When we get the right circumstances we have the most amazing sunsets here. Nice to meet a fellow sunset afficionado, and thanks for commenting
