For the first time in over a week we had a day of SUNSHINE – its been murky overcast grey cloud and intermittent rain and cold too. Today was warm and sunny and I got LOTS done in the garden today.
In celebration we have a bright sunny yellow dandelion flower that has had some love in PS to tone done the extremely bright yellow, and add a soft texture.
Yellow is not a favourite colour of mine, but its hard not to be cheered by the exuberant brightness of these yellow dandelions in Spring !
Learning to See Light 
The toned down dandelion looks similar to a chrysanthemum (?), well sort of. Like the paleness of it and the angle.
Yes I can see where you are thinking that, the paleness is different for me but i like it too 🙂
I never would have guessed it was a dandelion with the colour toned down like that! I love the texture of the layered petals. Beautiful picture. 🙂
